Return & Refund Policy (7 Days)
At Seyvora, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return your item within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- Request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- All accessories, pouches, and tags must be included.
- Order number or proof of purchase is required.
- Earrings cannot be returned unless defective (hygiene reasons).

- Earrings
- Personalized or custom pieces
- Gift cards
- Items marked "Final Sale"
Return Fee
A fixed €3.99 return fee will be deducted from your refund. The fee is waived only if the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
How to Start a Return
Contact us within 7 days: support@seyvora.com
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Reason for the return
Once approved, we will send you return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
- A €3.99 fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it or issue a full refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
- Check your bank or card account again.
- Contact your bank or payment provider.
