Return & Refund Policy (7 Days)

At Seyvora, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return your item within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • All accessories, pouches, and tags must be included.
  • Order number or proof of purchase is required.
  • Earrings cannot be returned unless defective (hygiene reasons).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Earrings
  • Personalized or custom pieces
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked "Final Sale"

Return Fee

A fixed €3.99 return fee will be deducted from your refund. The fee is waived only if the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

How to Start a Return

Contact us within 7 days: support@seyvora.com

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Reason for the return

Once approved, we will send you return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
  • A €3.99 fee will be deducted from the refund.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it or issue a full refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • Check your bank or card account again.
  • Contact your bank or payment provider.
